Anne Curtis
Anne Curtis Smith has received numerous honors in her career, including two FAMAS Awards she won in the years 2008 and 2009 as well as a Luna Award. In addition to that, Anne Curtis Smith was also nominated for five PMPC Star Awards. Her film work has led to her nominated for a total of 8 PMPC Star Awards in the Films category, and two Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis was a part of a range of shows on television, such as Hiram and Kampanerang, (2005) Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose 2011 and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013.) In the Mars Ravelo show Dyesebel she played Komiks iconic character Dyesebel. She was the host of It's Showtime from noon between 2009 and 2020. Anne Curtis is a Filipina Australian actress as well as model, and a television host. She's received a number of awards throughout her professional career. Two FAMAS Awards have been given to her, along with she has won the Luna Award and two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. Additionally, she was recognized twice in the Gawad Urian Awards in addition to eight PMPC Star Awards in the Movies. She played Dyesebel as the eminent Komiks character from Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. She was also the host of It's showtime, the noontime variety show (2009-2020). Curtis was born a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan. Her father is an Australian lawyer, James Ernest Curtis Smith. Her father was married to Ojales who was a Filipina from Bolinao in the year 1982. Her younger sister, who is also an actor, is her father. Clare passed away from an illness of the heart in 2007 when she was barely four months old.
